Click & Collect

Items will be available to collect from 'Coastal Divas, 22 Station Road, Sheringham, Norfolk, NR26 8RE'.

Click & Collect is usually available:

January - March, Monday - Saturday, 10.30am - 3.30pm

April - December, Monday - Sunday, 10.30am - 3.30pm

Please note our opening hours may vary over bank holidays.

We will notify you via email to let you know when your order is ready for collection. This will usually be within 3 business days (although this can take longer at busier times).

Delivery

We deliver within Great Britain (excluding British Forces Post Office locations), and offer free delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a delivery charge of £3.95 is applied. Your order will usually be with you within 4 business days (although this can take longer at busier times).

Returns

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the items are returned in a resalable condition, with labels and tags attached. Please include your order name, address, and list the items you wish to return within the parcel - failure to include this information may delay your refund.

Please note, we do not cover the return cost of postage and we cannot be responsible for the loss of returned goods. To avoid loss, we advise you keep hold of your proof of postage until you've received your refund.

Please send your return to 'Coastal Divas, 22 Station Road, Sheringham, Norfolk, NR26 8RE'. You're welcome to drop your return off yourself, although we will unfortunately be unable to issue your refund until we have handed your return over to our online orders team.

Once a refund has been approved by us, we will refund your payment to your original payment method. This will usually be within 2 business days of us receiving your return (although this may take longer at busier times). Please note that the refund can take a further 10 working days to appear in your bank, depending on who you bank with.
